Guyanareportcard.com is a social good research, analysis and reporting project conceptualized and created by University of Guyana Instructor Dr Mellissa Ifill and Technology Consultant and Business Analyst Karen Abrams.
G.R.C. grades are reviewed and approved by an independent citizen review board comprised of 6 members living both in Guyana and the Diaspora. The goal of the citizen review board is to track and monitor the work of major ministries and taxpayer funded projects which will contribute to Guyana’s economic development.
We believe that Ministers who perform well should be commended and used as models for those Ministers and Agencies that struggle to achieve their goals. Our mission is to provide transparency, honesty, and education for all of Guyana’s politicians and citizens.
